Different number of batters for each team

In youth and rec leagues, there are often more batters than fielders and sometimes one team has more batters than the other.

We don't yet have an easy way to handle different numbers of batters on each team, so when setting up the game, edit the game rules so that the number of batters is the larger of the two rosters, then on the At Bat screen for the smaller team: tap 'Other' > 'Skip Batter' > Batter Out? 'No' as needed to get back to the top of the order.
