How to score an error in this situation

I was scoring a Phillies game when this situation happened. Runner on first and the batter grounded into what should have been a double play. However, the SS mishandled the ball while trying to throw to second base. The official scorer scored it as a FC for the batter and the runner safe on a fielding error by the SS. Tried so many different ways to score this accurately but couldn't figure it out.

  It's common to try to score this as a double play, but the official scorer is right -- it's a fielder's choice if both outs aren't made. Tap 'FC' then select 'Runner Safe On Error' (then 'E6', 'Fielding Error' in your example.)
